Together with Sara fromKirakira Natural Life We have created an on-site Women's Circle in Barcelona. Each ceremony assumes different forms, as well as the experience of each one is. The cacao plant guides our Ceremonies, representing a great tool to find itself and find in itself the teacher and the strength that is needed to work, change or improve our reality.

During the circles we propose Yin Yoga practices, aromatherapy, creation of altars and access to the reading of oracles, in addition to proposing different and specific topics and practices in each meeting, so that those who would like to participate continuously receive constant enrichment.

I work with traditional sacred medicines, which are the power plants of tobacco, cocoa and white copal. Used with great respect and ritual within the space of the Ceremony, to create a sacred and protected place, raise prayers, thanks and intentions through the sacred smoke and expand the states of consciousness and the heart.

The seven main chakras are energy centers, located in different parts of the body and vital transmitters of energy. When these vortexes are blocked or misaligned, human beings experience situations of discomfort in our different bodies, be they physical, emotional, spiritual or mental. The purpose of harmonization is to raise the vibrational frequency, re-establishing this communication between our centers. Reiki is an effective holistic technique in different types of circumstances that require healing: physical or emotional ailments, situations, conflicts, plants or animals. And of course the Reiki tool is excellent for clearing memories and programming to energize and intentional a mineral.
